Kilter Property brings together the complementary expertise of directors Angus Jarmer and Huw Williams, who first collaborated more than a decade ago and have since built a strong track record identifying development opportunities thorough to delivering thoughtful, design-led and community-focused projects across Queensland and Australia.
 
Founded to combine deep capability across the entire property lifecycle, Kilter Property specialises in identifying opportunity, navigating complexity and delivering considered outcomes from strategy and acquisition through to development and execution.
 
Angus, is a Queensland registered architect and built environment strategist, brings more than 20 years’ experience across design, construction and development management. Huw complements this expertise with over 28 years’ experience in complex acquisitions, development and divestment, including senior roles with Australian Capital Equity and ASX-listed groups such as Coles, Woolworths, Wesfarmers and Vicinity Centres.
 
Drawing on both Australian and international experience, together with longstanding industry relationships, Kilter Property combines commercial discipline with design excellence to create places that are not only economically successful, but enduring, highly liveable and deeply connected to the communities they serve.
